Cancellation Policy

At The Kut Factory Barber Shop, appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
If you need to cancel, please note that cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
No-shows, including those arriving more than 5 minutes late, will incur an additional $10 service fee for the first instance and $20 for each subsequent occurrence.
